Shipping & Returns

We will try and get all orders received by 14.00hrs Monday to Thursday out for Next day delivery for standard UK post codes, Next day delivery for orders Friday by 14.00hrs will arrive Monday. A Saturday delivery or before 12.00 weekdays is also available by request. If you make sure we have your mobile number as well as email address when ordering via Interlink Express delivery service you will be notified with a one hour window for delivery

UK delivery is charged from 5.00 plus VAT for small orders and Large kits 30 plus VAT

* Free Shipping: Is only available for orders over £99 delivered to a Mainland UK Delivery Address when made in one Transaction. Additional orders can not be used to get to £99.00.

Radios and larger items go on fully insured courier 24 Hour delivery from £12.00 plus VAT while larger Kits are sent out by courier from £30.00 plus VAT to Normal UK postal areas, please see shopping cart Shipping list or email us for details.

*Highlands, Islands, N.Ireland:

Due to premium carrier costs to these areas, the free delivery offer will not normally apply. An increased delivery charge will be levied on orders shipped to these areas. Please e-mail us for a quotation. If you need a small item that we could send via recorded post then please contact us via e-mail and we will always try to help if we can.

We offer Courier delivery for Parcels to all EU Countries from £20.00  if you have any questions at check out, please email us and we will respond within 24 Hrs.

If you require items shipped to any other destinations, or are unsure about postage rates please contact us via e-mail with information about the item required, for a quotation.

In the unlikely event of goods requiring to be returned we have established a returns procedure, which has been designed to cause you minimum inconvenience.

Suspected faulty Item

Contact us on 44 (O) 7740181861 or [email protected] Items which are faulty must be returned within the warranty period (3-12 months standard warranty for most products, please check). If the item is diagnosed faulty by our technicians, we will do our best to provide a replacement within 3-5 working days from receipt providing the item is in stock.

Item missing or incorrect item sent Should you receive goods that do not correspond with the description of the ordered goods then you should contact us on 44 (O) 7740181861 or [email protected] within 3 working days of receiving the order.

Signing for goods All items must be checked on delivery before signing for the item. If the item looks damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us on 44 (O) 7740181861 or [email protected]

Damaged item In the event that you receive a damaged item, speak to us on 44 (O) 7740181861 or [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the order. A replacement will not be sent until the damaged item(s) has been returned and inspected.

Unwanted Merchandise We will only accept merchandise for return that was purchased from us within 14 days from receiving your order, and at your own expense. The original shipping charge and return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking charge for items wrongly ordered. The returned merchandises must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. In order to return the goods to us you must firstly notify us on 44 (O) 7740181861 or [email protected] with your intent. The return will be authorized once the reason for return has been established, you should then return the goods at your own cost and risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) reach us safely and in a satisfactory condition. We recommend that you take out insurance cover and that the goods should be sent by recorded or registered post or with a reputable courier. We cannot accept any liability for goods that are damaged in transit and would recommend that you ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to prevent this from happening.

When returning Items All returned items must be in original packaging. eSoaring Gadgets UK will not be liable for any damage to items that are not adequately packaged and damaged in transit.

Please ensure that you enclose:
1. Your original order number
2. Details of why you are returning the item
3. All packaging, manuals and cables.

This does not effect your Statutory Rights.
